This Privacy Policy describes how GTMDot, a sole proprietorship operated by Jesse Altman, Fulton County, Georgia (“GTMDot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website design, hosting, and related services.
GTMDot interacts with two categories of individuals: (1) paying customers who have engaged GTMDot’s Services through gtmdot.com, and (2) prospective recipients who have received a GTMDot direct mail postcard but have not yet made a purchase. This policy addresses both.
GTMDot identifies prospective clients through manual research using publicly available information. GTMDot personnel individually review Google Business Profile listings and publicly accessible web directories to identify Georgia-based businesses that appear to lack an active website. GTMDot does not use automated scraping tools, data harvesting software, or any automated data collection method. Each prospect is identified through individual human review.
Information GTMDot collects about prospective recipients is limited to what is publicly available, including business name, business category, general business location, and mailing address as listed in public directories.
GTMDot uses publicly available prospect information solely to: (a) build a preview website for the prospect’s business; and (b) deliver a physical postcard via Poplar, our third-party direct mail platform, notifying the prospect that a preview site has been created.
GTMDot may send more than one physical mailer to a prospective recipient during an outreach campaign. Where a prospect’s business email address is publicly available, GTMDot may send a follow-up email solely to notify them that a preview site has been built for their business. GTMDot does not add prospective recipients to marketing lists or send promotional communications unrelated to their preview site.
If a prospective recipient does not complete a purchase within ninety (90) calendar days of the postcard mail date, GTMDot deactivates the associated preview site. Prospect records are retained in GTMDot’s internal systems for operational and legal purposes. GTMDot does not sell, rent, or share prospect data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Prospective recipients who do not wish to receive further communications may opt out at any time by contacting GTMDot at hello@gtmdot.com. GTMDot will promptly remove the individual from active outreach and deactivate any associated preview site upon request.
When a customer completes a purchase at gtmdot.com, GTMDot collects:
