This Lease to Own Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between GTMDot (operated by Jesse Altman, 5600 Roswell Road, Building C, Sandy Springs, GA 30342, hello@gtmdot.com) ("GTMDot") and the client whose name and email address were collected at checkout ("Client"). By checking the agreement checkbox and completing payment, Client accepts all terms of this Agreement.

Client
The individual or business entity whose name and email address were provided at checkout. Client information is recorded at the time of the first payment.
This plan provides Client with monthly access to a custom GTMDot website with hosting included. After 12 consecutive monthly payments, GTMDot grants Client a permanent, exclusive license to the website design, code, and content built specifically for Client's business ("Deliverables") at no additional cost.
Upon license grant, Client may use, modify, republish, and host the Deliverables anywhere, at any time, without restriction or ongoing payment obligation to GTMDot (except optional continued hosting).
The monthly fee is $299/mo, billed for 12 consecutive months. Payments are processed via Stripe, Inc. and automatically billed on the same calendar date each month.
The first payment may include domain registration charged at GTMDot's actual cost, if applicable. No markup is added to domain registration fees.
The permanent, exclusive license is granted only upon completion of all 12 consecutive monthly payments. Cancellation before 12 months completes does not trigger a license grant.
Client may cancel this Agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to hello@gtmdot.com. No early termination penalty applies. Site access continues through the end of the current billing period and ends at the conclusion of the 30-day notice period.
If Client cancels before completing 12 consecutive monthly payments, the permanent, exclusive license is not granted. GTMDot retains all rights to the Deliverables.
Upon completion of 12 consecutive monthly payments, the permanent, exclusive license is granted to Client automatically. No additional payment or action is required to obtain the license.
After month 12, hosting continues at $99/mo if Client wishes GTMDot to continue hosting the site. Alternatively, Client may host the Deliverables anywhere at no ongoing cost to GTMDot.
Client retains full ownership of their domain name at all times, regardless of payment status or cancellation. GTMDot will never hold Client's domain hostage or use it as leverage. If GTMDot registers a domain on Client's behalf, it will be registered in Client's name and transferred to Client upon request.
GTMDot's total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid by Client to GTMDot in the three months preceding the claim. GTMDot makes no guarantees of revenue, search engine rankings, leads, or business results. GTMDot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.
Checking the agreement checkbox and completing the first monthly payment on gtmdot.com constitutes Client's electronic signature and acceptance of all terms of this Agreement. GTMDot records the acceptance timestamp and IP address as evidence of agreement. A copy of this Agreement is available at gtmdot.com/agreement-lease and will be provided to Client upon request.
