GTMDot Website Purchase Agreement

This Website Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between GTMDot (operated by Jesse Altman, 5600 Roswell Road, Building C, Sandy Springs, GA 30342, hello@gtmdot.com) ("GTMDot") and the client whose name and email address were collected at checkout ("Client"). By checking the agreement checkbox and completing payment, Client accepts all terms of this Agreement.

Client
The individual or business entity whose name and email address were provided at checkout. Client information is recorded at the time of purchase.

2. What You're Getting

Upon full payment, GTMDot grants Client a permanent, exclusive license to the website design, code, and content built specifically for Client's business ("Deliverables"). Client may use, modify, republish, and host the Deliverables anywhere, at any time, without restriction or ongoing payment obligation to GTMDot.

This Agreement grants a perpetual license. GTMDot retains copyright ownership of the underlying work, but the license conveyed herein gives Client all practical rights of use and control.

3. What's Included

Custom website design built for Client's specific business
All written content created for the site
HTML/CSS/JS source files, delivered upon request
One (1) correction pass, delivered within 48 business hours of receiving Client's completed onboarding form. The correction pass covers consolidated feedback submitted in a single communication.
Migration from Client's existing website, if applicable

4. What's Not Included

Ongoing hosting (available as an add-on at $99/mo)
Domain registration (charged at our actual cost, if applicable)
Ongoing content updates or changes beyond the initial correction pass
New functionality (additional pages, booking systems, calculators, etc.) — quoted separately

5. Payment

The one-time payment for this plan is $1,999 USD. Payment is processed via Stripe, Inc. By completing checkout, Client authorizes this charge.

No refunds are issued after the site has been delivered and the correction pass has been completed. Because Client reviews and approves the site before payment, GTMDot is not obligated to issue refunds after payment is made. GTMDot will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate concerns through the correction pass process.

6. Domain Ownership

Client retains full ownership of their domain name at all times, regardless of plan or payment status. GTMDot will never hold Client's domain hostage, transfer it out of Client's control, or use it as leverage. If GTMDot registers a domain on Client's behalf, it will be registered in Client's name and transferred to Client upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

GTMDot's total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid by Client to GTMDot. GTMDot makes no guarantees of revenue, search engine rankings, leads, or business results. GTMDot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.

9. Electronic Acceptance

Checking the agreement checkbox and completing payment on gtmdot.com constitutes Client's electronic signature and acceptance of all terms of this Agreement. GTMDot records the acceptance timestamp and IP address as evidence of agreement. A copy of this Agreement is available at gtmdot.com/agreement-purchase and will be provided to Client upon request.
